Q: How do I find out the value of my computer?

A: Fill in either the Apple or PC laptop form as completely as possible, and you will receive an instant quote if possible, or will be emailed quotation very soon after.

Q: Do I have to pay for postage?

A: We arrange a completely free collection for higher value items or packages.  We will either arrange a courier collection which will be between 8.30am and 5.30 pm weekdays, or we’ll arrange a parcel drop off at any Post Office. You will require a printer for this service. Alternatively we would provide the shipping details and you can send the items yourself

Q: How long does it take to receive payment?

A: The assessment completes usually within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the computer or device, at the end of which a payment confirmation email will be sent out asking for payment details. Once we receive that then payment is initiated during bank working hours. Delays can be caused if the item is not as described or a fault is found.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: We arrange a bank transfer or a PayPal payment.

Q: Do I need to delete all my data?

A: You do not have to. We carry out a secure level security data wipe on all computer hard drives.

Q: What if I have received a better quote from another company?

A: If you have received a better quote we would do our best to beat it, just contact us with the competitor’s details and their quote.

Q: How do I package my laptop?

A: We ask that your item is safely packed in a box or wrapped up tightly to ensure no damage in transit. Use our guide for help
